I know that each individual is different, and therefore offer family and individual counselling, wellness activities, expressive play therapy, clinical supervision, and other therapy types. These methods help to address illness, disability, stress, trauma, and other mental health issues. I will take the time to work with you in identifying the source of your current situation, and together, we will design a plan that works best for you.

 

At Mourning's Dawn Counselling, I offer  therapeutic counselling  to those struggling with emotional issues, as well as  one-on-one, family and group therapies for adults, adolescents, and children. Additional services offered at Mourning’s Dawn Counselling include  First Nations support , stress management , and  clinical supervision  to help and support those moving through the grief and trauma process.
